Eine futuristische Villa in Empuriabrava

Villa Nurbs ist ein Einfamilienhaus in Empuriabrava, Gerona, Costa Brava. Der Architekt Enric Ruiz-Geli ist bekannt für seine antikonventionellen Entwürfe, bei denen er die Bewegung organischer Linien und komplexer Geometrien mit Technologien kombiniert. Dieses Projekt wurde bei den VII ASCER Ceramic Awards mit einer lobenden Erwähnung ausgezeichnet. Empuriabrava ist eine Urbanisierung, in der Wohnen ein MORPHING des Automobilraums und des Bootsraums ist.

Die Besetzung der Urbanisierung erfolgt durch Neudefinition dieses Handlungsmodells. Der Zugang mit dem Boot und dem Auto ermöglicht es, an einen offenen, kommunizierten, freien Urbanismus zu denken, dh an einen einzigartigen Raum. Auf einem 1800 m2 großen Grundstück ist die Belegung mit knapp 130 m2 minimal. Der Raum des Hauses erhebt sich auf einer Höhe von + 3,50 m aus dem Boden.
