To enter the car inside the plot there is an electric sliding door with remote control. Upon entering the garden we find a large place where more than 1 car can fit, and a garage where there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a toilet and products to clean.
At the entrance of the villa to the left there is a toilet. Upon entering the Villa we find a large living room with a very comfortable sofa and TV with a couple of channels of each language (French and German), a dining room where is a table with 8 chairs and air conditioning.
At the right side of the entrance door you find the modern kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer. The ground floor is very bright due to the large windows on the waterfront.
From the salon there is a wooden staircase to the first floor where we find on the left two bedrooms with double beds (160x200), bedside tables with lights, large closets and air conditioning.
When you follow the hallway you will find 1 bathroom on the right and one on the left, both with toilet, with two sinks and two mirrors, windows, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub/shower. At the canal side there are two more bedrooms with two single beds (80x200), bedside tables with lights, large closets and air conditioning.
From the salon/dining room you have acces to the terrace, where we can find a wooden table with 8 comfortabel chairs and a parasol, to enjoy the views of the pool and the canal. Around the kidney shaped pool there are 4 sun beds and the 13 meter mooring which you can use. The villa is beside all of this also provided with a barbeque and an outside shower. At the left side you have acces to the garage where is the extra toilet. There is wifi, pets are FORBIDDEN, and sheets and towels are included in the price.
