DescriptionSpectacular house built in 1970 by the prestigious architect Alfons Mila and Federico Correa. This house stands out for its peculiar hexagonal shape that comes from its predecessor, Casa Julia, built in 1956. The house consists of 3 hexagons where all the necessary rooms for a large family are located. Each hexagon has a different distribution and they are connected to each other by one of their faces. In the first hexagon there is the service entrance, the kitchen area, washing machine space, pantry, service bedroom, a bathroom and a large bedroom for four beds with their bathroom that will delight the smallest of the house. In the second hexagon is the main entrance, the double bedroom with its bathroom, a bedroom with 2 double bunk beds, a bedroom for guests, a playground, a bathroom and the children's dining room. In the third hexagon is the living room and the main dining room that overlooks a large terrace with spectacular sea views. All the main rooms have direct access to the garden or to the terraces that line the house.
On the outside, attached to the service area, a partially enclosed patio was created. The garage for a2 vehicles and a guest room with bathroom were located on one of the mediator walls. To all this we must add a spectacular garden of more than 5000 meters with olive trees, beautiful views of the sea and its fabulous location.
